Naramachi - my new home

Naramachi preserves things the way it used to be... 


 
Harushika is the local Sake maker
it means Spring Deer

You pay ¥400 for tasting
I got to try 6 and they were all GREAT!

You drink with this and you get to keep this after the tasting

It is rice left over stuff after making sake
